Dr. Meillanny Gladness carries an integration of clinical excellence, pastoral anointing, and prophetic discernment. A Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.), summa cum laude, she is known for her intimacy with the Holy Spirit and her desire to create sacred spaces where individuals encounter God’s presence and receive soul-level healing.
Although clinically trained, her work within Greater Portion Ministries is intentionally pastoral and spiritually focused, allowing her to offer prayer, inner-healing support, and Holy Spirit–led care while all clinical services are reserved for separate contexts.
Her ministry calling began long before her doctoral studies, shaped through profound encounters with the Holy Spirit that drew her into intercession, deliverance support, and compassionate soul care. Today she serves with humility and discernment—providing pastoral counseling, overseeing Christian-Based Care Consultants, and stewarding the ministry’s vision—always with a heart to help God’s people rediscover identity, purpose, and freedom in Christ. She lives in Orange County with her husband and their two children, cherishing the rhythms of worship, family life, and witnessing God’s goodness in everyday moments.
